Pros
If you're on the good side of the Director of Sales and Owner you're safe. Consistent with hours given every week. 32-40 . They will gladly give you overtime if you're performing well and hungry for more sales. For the most part a set schedule. Commission wasn't great for managers, but always consistent for sales consultants.
Cons
THEY PROMOTED A KNOWN RACIST with HR complaints against them(race related) to manager!!!!?!?!?!?! How disappointing right?! Turn over was higher than normal so you're covering shifts a lot of time for their benefit. Not the best health benefits. Was never on the bad side of the owner so I have no idea how bad it was there, but usually those sales consultants were the first to leave. Not enough room for growth.
