Pros

Coworkers leaning on one another to make sure we provide the best patient care possible.

Cons

Primadonna providers and short tempered administrators. Communication across the organization is minimal and slow at best. Few managers care about the organization yet they are retaliated against for speaking up. Too dependent on Presence and use them as an excuse for everything that goes wrong. Expanded too quickly and suffering for it.

Pros

Insurance. PTO. Great community and patients.

Cons

High volume of complex patients. 4-5 double books daily for some, others get special treatment and have non. Spanish speaking patients with no extra time for the appointments. 22+ patients every day. This place will burn you out so quick. Very high turnover for providers. No support and the ramp up schedule is insane. Prepare to be disappointed.
