The office setting is updated and HR plans great culture events.
Cons
LEADERSHIP. The culture of this company is not as it appears or advertised. The Team does not work as a team and is a very micromanaged atmosphere by all Sr. Leaders. Management does not give their employees the tools or resources that are needed to complete their job, yet expect results as if they do. Metrics around job roles are changed consistently, which is done on purpose to not give employees the bonuses or payout they work towards. Employees consistently point fingers at one another to place blame and the environment can be hostile when revenue is down.
