No support from Harrisburg, PA (corporate) no support from divisional management.............They obtain contracts, allow onsite manager rule area, and provide poorest of care. The medical staff are uncaring and only for bucks and management only want to keep job. ( By the way, the last review was from corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, they always rate themselves as great.)

Under-staffing- mandatory overtime- (some nurses working 70+ hours weekly) - administration does not value nursing staff unless you work the OT to ensure that supervisor does not. Some nursing staff able to no call no show for scheduled shifts causing mandatory OT with no consequence. Worked for this company for over 7 years and work load increased- safety an issue with security. Administration also doesn't stand up for their staff from security or inmates. If you work for this company just know you are only a body for that shift. You also have to fight to obtain raises- they conveniently forget to give them when scheduled.
