      Pros

      flexible work schedule if you are liked. Nice building, fairly clean work environment. You can advance if you are friends with HR, Supervisors and Quality.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly higher than Min. wage. Raises are very minimal and are less than the raise in the cost of living. Your arms and clothes can get torn up by the totes used. Toxic environment if you try to speak up about anything.

      Pros

      They care about their employees and are flexible, willing to offer second chances. Not stressful, relaxed job. Bonus every several months if you are on time and show up to every shift. 15 minute breaks twice during 8 hour shifts.

      Cons

      Standing on your feet almost the entire shift.

      Pros

      The job is very easy once you adapt to work instructions and understand how much energy you need to put into the job. Steady hours which are Monday through Friday and rarely Saturdays. So full 40 hours per week.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides are that they lack communication between all shifts and the pay is not very competitive. The pay is very low compared to the other factories around. The gossip between shifts is pretty annoying but if you dont care about it then it doesnt bother you.
