Great colleagues- and, if you are one of the chosen ones, the events can be pretty great!
Cons
The president, Sam Soni, berates his employees. I guarantee you won't go one week without hearing him yell obscene remarks to other team members. He has zero respect for the people who work for him and he has a nasty temper. He is hands down the most awful CEO who enjoys putting others down... I'd even go so far as to say he derives pleasure from breaking peoples spirit. He did not foster a positive atmosphere- and rather than build a team up and provide a community of success he breed an atmosphere where the higher ups were constantly going behind each others backs in order to climb to the top.
