      Pros

      Good benefits, decent vacation days, free almonds every now and then, not much stressful work unless you’re a trader and even then it’s not that bad. You don’t have to take work home with you, unless you’re a trader.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, they don’t care much about employees, very biased to their own “people”, not enough holidays off, bonuses are TERRIBLE, no communication with employees, no inflation raises. Very cheap company.

      No option to work remotely on a regular basis.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing, seldom to see a team with such a strong bond in each other. Managements are supportive and very knowledgeable, you can always count on them when there are issue in life or works. Just have the right attitude, this will very encouraging environment for you to grow in your career life. *Free parking at near LAX is a plus if you are traveling.

      Cons

      Peak Season do gets a bit intense, but it is expectable for the industry.
