I don't even know where to start. The company has so much toxicity stemming from the CEO herself who cannot stop micromanaging to save her life. She undervalues her employees, doesn't pay them their worth, or trust them to do the job she has hired them to do. People will be thrown odd jobs or assigned tasks that don't pertain to anything in their job title. The high turnover rate has never ceased and it's quite sad. You'd think after everyone who has come and gone that you'd realize the issues with the company and strive to fix them, but no. The CEO was known to read these types of reviews and get upset at them. However, instead of trying to fix the company, she would seemingly ignore them, until the next bad review came along. To which, she would be sad again for a few days.
