      Pros

      Great pay for a job in rural town. Everybody that works there seems to enjoy what they do. Management is very supportive and understanding of any and all concerns by all levels of employees. All different sections of the resort have different benefits depending on what aspects of the hospitality industry interests you.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say but have to fill up 20 words. Great place to work with great people. Highly recommend applying if you enjoy the hospitality industry and live in the area.

      Pros

      I get to work in some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable with the best people. There is ample opportunity to advance and progress. Training is held often and is valuable, not the snooze-fests held at some places.

      Cons

      As it is a very expensive luxury resort, guests can be a bit demanding, but we are trained to handle it.
