      There is plenty to learn in the trade

      Cons

      Leadership will lie to your face! Do not believe a word they say unless it is in contract and signed. there are no reviews or raises. People that have worked there for years are yet to have a single review or pay raise. Everything feels rushed there and the quality standard suffers. Management out of touch and does not care about employees. Bathrooms were horribly dirty and the constant smell of urine and other filth. when I mentioned this to Management the reply was "I don't care, I don't use that bathroom". Management gets their own bathroom that is much nicer then the employees that are doing hands on work. Biggest turnover rate I have seen!

      Consistent jobs, variety of small and large parts.

      Cons

      Unsafe, unclean, inefficient, management doesn't care about employees at all. Facilities and equipment maintenance are almost non-existent. Penny wise and pound foolish. Will try to trick you into working overtime without approving it in advanced.
