      Can get discounted plants sometimes and have an experience in the Landscape industry.

      Cons

      No proper coaching and just throw you into the sea to swim. As someone fresh to the working world, it was scary as i did not know what was i doing. It is a family business and they employed lots of foreigners in the office that form their own cliques. Being a Singaporean, i felt like the foreigner instead. The foreigners go for tea for long periods and are never seen working much. Yet these people are given high position...
