Pros
This company has a genuine care for their crew which is shown from the way high level staff treat you to the wages (which are also PAY-G, so you accrue leave) There is a true love for the content they're making and an appreciation for the work we're doing for them.
Cons
My experience has been really positive and because they communicate so well with staff, any issue that crops up they make a priority to fix.
