Pros

the ability to see the most beautiful parts of the world for free talking to 80+ nationalities on a daily basis really cool, intense and fun life

Cons

not a company to work for if you are working onboard the ship and have family at home, because it takes you away for 4-9 months depending on position long hours and no weekends, but you get used to that and your body adjusts

Cons

Not as many growth prospects in B2B marketing, but to be fair it's an extremely niche position so understandable
