I liked a few of my colleagues. decent sick pay, 4 day work week

Cons

Management was incredibly bad, you’re just a number to them. No one cared about the quality of the work produced. Constantly being told to do more work even when there was no wood to work with. Constant pressure in a company that will never change with the times. No career opportunities, constant threat of redundancy
