Pros
Lots of room to grow and ample ability to move up. Generous pay, especially when you show your worth. Easy-going atmosphere, very generous holiday vacation, and great, friendly co-workers. Always lots of food around the office too! I would definitely choose to work here again and recommend it, as it is an especially good starting point for entry level workers.
Cons
The occasional heavy work load which generally comes in waves, in which all employees must be willing to jump in wherever needed.
