      Toxic work environment with a verbally abusive president who micromanages, bullies and lacks management skills.

      Pros

      Family owned, hard to get fired. People who should be gone stay forever. Seniority is everything. If you commit to the company they will never let you go.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment with a verbally abusive owner who micromanages, bullies and lacks management skills. President screams at people and slams his hands on his desk while demanding respect. Disorganized, unprofessional, management is not empowered to make decisions just execute presidents orders. Facilities are not maintained. Building should be inspected for safety. Use software that is outdated. Terrible company to work for.

      With so many opportunities at good companies, you can afford to pass this place by.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional tyranny with unstable and incompetent leadership. CEO is totally unhinged and is often abusive especially to female staffers. Just a matter of time before somebody files a lawsuit.

      Pros

      Great Company to work for and build a career. Family run company that treats every employee like they are part of the family. Leadership from the President down cares about the success and growth of each employee. If you put in the time and effort, and show passion in what you are doing, it will go noticed and with it will come recognition and opportunity. Print-O-Stat offers a great work-life balance and is very accommodating and understanding to people with families and children. I would absolutely recommend working for Print-O-Stat, and I hope to be with this company for many years to come.

      Cons

      Some people think that all the company does is printing due to the name, when in fact they do much more.
