Pros
Working with people from different backgrounds. Learning about photography and processing digitals. The hours were good. Monday through Friday. The pay was good.
Cons
Employees only get two weeks vacation basically the Jewish holidays of Passover and Succos

- Consistency - Diverse coworkers - Nice area
Cons
- Long hours - Bad communication from all upper management, problem starts top down - Toxic work environment during busy season - Don't take Covid-19 serious - Minimum wage, don't take care of their most valued employees - No room for young talent to grow and share feedback since they just replace you with somebody cheaper
