Business outlook
Pros
The children are great, most staff are lovely and there's a great team feeling in some departments. I have learnt a lot working here and there's great training provided. The ability to pick up extra shifts when you need more money.
Cons
No staff, leading to dangerous situations, routinely asked to stay late due to no staff turning up for the late shift. Some staff are so overworked they cannot do the job properly. The company is run like a business, it seems more about how the school looks on social media. The staff at the top don't understand what the day to day job actually entails or what the young people need. Any suggestions for intervention are never properly followed through and the young people are missing out because of this.
