      3rd shift driving and day routes are very hard to get. Paid per mile and only one way.

      Independent courier no supervisor hounding you

      Cons

      You drive blinding from place to place not knowing how much you are making until you see it on your check. Very disappointing. Everyone quits after first check. And they know it so they use you as much as they can for the first 2-3 was until you get paid.
