It's a For Profit Company That Only Cares About the Bottom Line

The people who work there work hard, and are pleasant.

Cons

Non-working/OLD ACs in resident's rooms. Not enough supplies. Housekeeping that doesn't clean floors. Dirty bathrooms. Old, non-working sinks in bathrooms (hot water will continuously run etc.) Maintenance is hard to find. Residents have missing mats, and other safety items - takes multiple requests to get them. Dirty dining areas. Junky med carts. SHORT STAFFED Overworking staff by offering bonuses rather than bringing in agency staff to cover shift shortages. Burned out CNAs.

Flexible schedule, nice coworkers and beautiful office

Cons

Management has no clue as to how to run this business. They are new to the field and want everything done yesterday without knowing how to obtain those goals. They shoot from the hip without thinking things through and that causes a lot of problems. Very stressful.
