Pros

Hopefully...a growing company that is making many changes and learning from past mistakes.

Cons

You know, without a shadow of a doubt that a company is young and inexperienced in the industry, and especially in management, when you place issues IN WRITING to the HR Department and get NO response. And then, you present every piece of documentation to the Employment Security Commission and WIN at the Appeals Hearing! The take-over in SC was an implode from the very beginning with them sending a young, cocky gym buddy to handle the take-over. Their RDO, who they must have plucked from a cornfield, and probably paid accordingly, had no management skills whatsoever. I never met her until my last day! What does that tell you?

Pros

None. This corporation is a joke.

Cons

A corporate run by people who don’t know what they are doing. I left a community I loved and built from the ground up because I morally couldn’t continue making money for these people.

Pros

Flexibility in work schedule, fun events at the building

Cons

Leadership is often best friends of a friend and no real experience in senior living. Nepotism is rapid throughout company from Indiana, to PA to Florida. Benefits are extremely expensive and very unaffordable. Leadership targets other leadership to consistently try and save their own job as the owners are very cruel, loud, belligerent and very unpredictable. The worst job experience I have ever had in my career. If you have integrity; you will not succeed here. The culture does not allow, or honor integrity.
