Pros

Small company, you are not just a number.

Cons

This company puts on a good show. They will act like they are supportive and it's a great environment, then they flip a switch on you. This was a toxic environment, these people don't know how to treat employees.

By far, the worst work experience I've ever had.

Pros

I did not have any positive experiences while working here. The best thing I could come up with is free coffee, water, tea and tissue.

Cons

They lie to you about commission and how things work and the owners sidekick is an evil bully. The "leads" are not even remotely divided fairly and the office environment is uncomfortable. They tell you you're being "coached" but really they're listening to one side of a conversation and assuming that you're always doing something wrong. They also monitor each and every email as they're being sent out. It's bizarre. If you have even a months worth of recruiting experience run the other way!! I have never seen such high turnover before in my life!!

Pros

I wish I had pros. No pros, pretty much all cons. This place does not deserve 5 stars or any nice things said about them.

Cons

For one, I was hired out of a select number of people. Drove an hour to work everyday there, was looking to move closer, and was at first nervous having conversations with people on the phone since the office layout is open floor and I have never experienced that before. So I spoke a little soft on the phone. So rather than being the owner/trainer etc., and letting me know that I need to speak a little louder for you to help train me to do my job better, no instead the owner/trainer fired me. I wasn't even working there for 2 weeks. All I can say is BEWARE! They are very quick at firing you for the dumbest things. They never sit you down and review with you on how they think you are progressing but yet again, I think reviewing people's performance in less than 2 weeks etc., would be ridiculous since you cannot base ones performance on such short time. Also don't buy into the salary range that they give you if you saw a job posting. They will make sure to give you the salary that is the lowest on that scale. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
