      Toxic management in a pyramid scheme environment

      Pros

      The culture is good if you fit in with their higher ups. Basically if you're fake, Christian, and rich.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The support was attempted but lacking, the management are tyrants, it's a glorified pyramid scheme of a company and nobody cares about the ground workers.

      Amazing coworkers and great career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Only con is if you aren’t willing to work hard you won’t do well. Not really a con, but the only thing I can think of. You make your own opportunities at this company.

      In depth and paid training. A company ran as if it was a family that cares about your well-being and success

      Cons

      I personally haven’t encountered any. Although I’ll say you must have strong self discipline when first starting and allow time to establish yourself in the market.
