Thank you for working for our company and the contributions you made when you were here. Additionally, It's great to see that you approve of Ken, our CEO and valued many of our company benefits. I'm sorry to hear that you saw some room for improvement in your manager, but please note that we are incorporating more manager training to ensure we are consistent, fair and equitable for all employees. Pros

Doesn’t have a high turnover rate. Consistent pay.

Cons

Very micromanaged. The manager has a very bad temper problem. Everyone was told to lookout for the manager for when he’s upset. That’s how bad it is. There’s a seniority level by age and how long you’ve worked there. So if you’ve worked there more than the next person, that person has to listen to the person who’s been there the longest. So if you’re a newcomer, you not only have 1 boss, you have multiple bosses. Everyone is not treated the same. The technology and software here is very ancient and old, just like the employees. They still don’t choose to update it to the current model because all the employees are older than 40, and they don’t like to learn new things because it “confuses them”. If you’re under the age of 28, this is not the place for you. You can thrive and learn more at a different company with the same position. The skills you learn here are NOT transferable. I work with almost 10 employees who have been with the company for more than 5 years, and still is stuck in that same position. How sad. Their annual raise doesn’t beat inflation. Even more sad. They don’t have a specific bonus structure even though they say they do. This is a VERY easy job. Anyone can do it. You don’t need a degree to get this job. It’s almost laughable how someone with a half a brain can do this job. But this job is very boring. You do the same thing everyday. If you have a degree, this is the last place you want to work at.

Thank you for being a part of our Inside Sales Team. I'm sorry you feel there are some inconsistencies with your manager and employee treatment. I will dig into your comments and ask more questions, along with additional training we will be rolling out that will help guide and grow our company leaders to create a work environment that each and every employee can flourish in. Finally, thank you for the positive feed back on our low turnover and pay consistencies that have kept you with the company.

Pros

Pretty simple - takes care of employees, provides a quality product, continuously looking for ways to remain first in class regarding service while remaining competitive. Priority Wire & Cable is very well managed, allows and encourages free thinking and decision making. Decisions are educated ones but do not drag forever prior to being made. Once made they are absolute.

Cons

Compared to other companies- none at this time.
