      Pros

      A big thanks to management for support. Good support from management to learn and grow with in the organization. Open culture & good environment. work life balance is good. I have learnt a lot from Prisaat. Management is very supportive and provide space to learn and train to every one.

      Too much dependent on top managment and need to increase the leaves per year

      Very strong new leadership is quickly flushing previous mismanagement for the better

      Best to nurse people back into “believing” then challenge them to excel again.
