      Pros

      The salary and benefits are decent while they last.

      Cons

      There is no corporate structure. The CEO changes course constantly. There is no long term vision, simply short term, knee jerk reactions. The CEO entices you with equity in the company but you ultimately get nothing because he changes his mind months later.

      Remote work one day a week

      Cons

      CEO doesn’t care about anyone but himself. Decisions aren’t logical. Everything is done in chaos. All they do is tell lies, use you and treat people like complete trash. HR is absolutely unethical and brushes everything under the rug.

      PRISM is growing fast and because of that, there is amazing career potential. It allowed me to take the next step of my career and I've truly enjoyed being able to come to work, knowing I'm making a difference and being part of something bigger. Company offers excellent benefits Company opportunities for advancement - since we're in early stages of grwoth there are opportunities that aren't immediately available Collaborative team environment (where you also get your autonomy) Company listens to new ideas and encourages growth, both personally and professionally

      Cons

      Working for a growing healthcare company, things can evolve pretty quickly. There isn't a lot of hand-holding. Every day is working towards improving our way of doing things. It is important not to get swept up in the noise and focus on progress in action that work toward that. That determination and self-starter mindset is rewarded at PRISM
