Pros

Friendly co-workers in every department Friendly atmosphere / employee engagement encouraged Independence with day-to-day responsibilities / time management

Cons

OVERWORKED. UNDERPAID. The management team and the HR Team seem to be blissfully unaware that all — and I mean ALL — of their employees are constantly burnt out and stressed out. “Employee feedback” may be “encouraged” but it’s unfortunate that when you go to your manager for help you feel diverted, shut down, or told to “just work longer hours/overtime” when you’re already doing so. It’s the same cycle over and over again, they don’t really want to hear it; Management just wants to make it look like they care about their employees — when in reality they’re just trying to work you as long as they can, at the cheapest they can. It’s really a shame because their employees don’t WANT to leave! Their employees LIKE THEIR JOBS HERE! But when employees feel unsupported and under-appreciated (and no, a $5 gift card is not “appreciated” — appreciation is a RAISE) they feel as though they have no choice but to leave when there’s no sign of help, or light at the end of the never-ending tunnel. This atmosphere causes PASSIONATE, TEAM-PLAYING employees to become DISPASSIONATE and DISCOURAGED.

Pros

People were friendly and were always willing to help you understand the printing industry. It's a great training ground for people who want to learn print.

Cons

The benefits suck. VERY VERY high turnover. The is little to no leadership. Managers didn't manage the team. Account Managers basically managed themselves. The training is non-existent. This is a great place to learn about the printing industry, but it's not a place you want to be long term. Soak up all the knowledge of print and move to a larger company that values their employees.

Pros

Some of the friendliest people work here.

Cons

There is so many things wrong with this place. Management will protect each other to no end. CEO is very unprofessional and chooses favorites. Yells at anyone for the simplest things. I have seen people cry because of this. No matter how much you sacrifice for this company it will not be seen when something out of your control happens. They do not want to hear it, they will go with managements side and screw you over. Either you are lucky and get a write up or you get fired with no chance to defend yourself. I have seen many good hard working people be let go over something they did not do just so they can save management. Forget about taking PTO, they will constantly call you. Everyone keeps quitting and they do not announce them anymore because it looks very bad, but everyone notices. You do not know who is the next to leave. My advice is if you decide to apply and work there, please do not waste your valuable time working 14+ hour days. These people like to use and abuse at no end. Very understaffed and no training available. You will be set for fail. This used to be an amazing company. I used to recommend everyone I knew to apply, not anymore. Although you will see people smiling do not be fooled, everyone is miserable. I know of people who have quit and they are still being called from the CEO/CFO/VP’s Take a hint, they do not want to work for you. These people left for a reason. Everyone is so scared to say the truth.
