Very bad pay, considering hours you have to work. Shoplifters make you want to leave because there is too many of them, and they know their rights well...

Cons

-managers have rather little competence, at least in terms of people management; most just parrot whatever orders come from above -employees are mostly basic business school grads (merkonomi) ((except summer workers)), not much meaningful discussion
