      Five years ago Prismier established its Core Values: Be Nice, Appreciate Ya', Own it & Grow on. Since that time employees have resigned from Prismier only to seek other types of career opportunities. Our Core Values appear in our job ads which have resulted in great employees for whom our values resonate. We know our Core Values don't resonate with everyone and though we are not perfect, we strive to live into the reality of our values, every day. Our rapid growth and continued financial success is a testament to our commitment to our core values today and in the future.

      Prismier has a genuinely great culture and strong work-life balance. The team is supportive, leadership truly cares about employees, and my boss is amazing, approachable, encouraging, and always has our backs.
