      Pros

      -Tons of freedom: work 8 hours a day and get your work done. Lunch, breaks, etc. are any time you choose -Helpful coworkers: everyone is willing to assist you at any time -you can listen to music and put your head down and work

      -limited communication/social interaction: most of the day is inputting data and the office tends to be quiet.

      The hire-ups get free soda.

      Cons

      This company has zero structure and treats its employees like trash. They push their religion onto the employees with forced prayer in a company setting. They separate their employees into classes. The lower jobs are forced to work with no AC (just a swamp cooler) in cramped areas. They have vending machines when the hire-ups get nice offices, free drinks, and AC. Sounds petty, but the separation of class is felt. Pay is horrible as well, with pretty crappy benefits.
