Pros

Promises of working from home

Cons

If you happened to get a spot in here through Avenica (formerly known as Gradstaff) your concerns will not be listened instead they will get rid of you. There are some employees in here who do not have a college education but they get promoted because their daughter or family member are the manager. There is a lot of gossip in this company, the chance of getting promoted in this place is none and pay barely above minimum wage. They want you to have a bachelors degree for $13 an hour, what a joke. CAREFUL!!!! This company outsource jobs during holidays to the Philippines just to pay less than $10 an hour.

Pros

The people that work for PRIUM are GOLD! Some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I enjoyed the environment there, everyone was always uplifting and supportive. This statement is regarding the co-workers not management.. The work isn't hard to do at all, its pretty laid back.

Cons

Where do I start! First, this place has no room for growth and when they do give people "promotions" they just move them laterally to a different department with the same compensation, so really its just a new title. This company does not offer raises, but they do not tell you that in the beginning. It takes a while for you to realize there is no where to move forward and no money to be made. They have people that have been working there for 2-3 years making the same salary. This company also has no kind of training program or procedures. You just come in and shadow someone until they feel like you comprehend the job well enough to do it yourself. Management is real sketchy, they will make promises they can not keep. They are all there for themselves and to make as much money as they can without spending money. They always say they have bonuses, but they don't have a system set up for you to acquire it. Most of the management couldn't do half the work the employees do, most of them are lost about the way the company runs on a day to day basis. They like to hire recent college grads and older adults because recent grads are looking for jobs and they will take almost anything! The older adults are looking for work without a lot of hassle. They pay both the graduates and the adults little to nothing. I saw a lot of people leave this place because they either hated it or because there was no room for growth. Management tends to lie A LOT! They lie to employees, they lie to doctors, they lie to customers. They have done some pretty cruel things to people.

Pros

Relaxed working environment Open door policy Friendly co workers

Cons

The pay is entirely too low for the type of work being done. I used the "know your worth" tool on glassdoor to compare my pay with others working in similar position/ same job title. I'm getting paid 29.8% BELOW market value for my position. There are departments that have only one individual working in them. This creates a heavy work load, spreading your employee thin, thus causing some tasks to be delayed and forgotten about. The company should hire more than one person for a position, this would alleviate stress on the employees. If you have an idea, It takes a long time for it to be put into action; IF it even gets put into action. The technology and online database used are outdated; causing delay in work when the server goes down. There is a high turnover rate; the pay to workload ratio is extremely unbalanced. No raises or career advancement opportunities. A lot of talk in regard to ideas of growing the company, but not very much action.
