Decent and stable income: It follows the government MPS scale. Nice and supportive teammates: Excluding senior management. Convenient location: 5-min walking distance from MTR station.
Cons
Senior and top managers are mediocrities and pedantic. Nonsense decisions and repetitive works drove experienced staff away from office. Imbalance workload plus impractical deadline. You would receive more workload if you are more competent than others. No HR and training strategy, no training fund is available. Hall of one voice: Your idea is not treasured. Keep quiet and work hard.
