Head of sales is really good and has good training- also gives lots of time to people which is good as he is still very busy.

CRM is awful and slow- not optimal but could be easily fixed.
Low call stats/targets- lets some people be lazy (Hard with the slow CRM)
Although the draft works well sometimes things don’t go the right way due to luck- They do give extensions etc so not a problem if you are good...
