      Pros

      Company benefits (health Insurance, discounts, language classes...) Cool and modern workplace. Good place to learn and understand the e-commerce market Good corporate values (at list on the paper…)

      Cons

      Toxic environment Extreme workload Overtime is not paid. Low salary Narcissistic leadership Bad and obsolete management Completely disorganized No teleworking Primitive technology (excel and spreadsheets…) Bad work–life balance The Privalia's management culture assume that true dedication means the employees (commonly called "Privalios") are never off the clock – in reality, this inability to leave work behind yields only inefficiency and emotional burnout.

      Pros

      Work atmosphere is really good. Start-up spirit was still present and, in general, employees get a lot of empowerment. Benefits for employees are really nice and parties were awesome

      Cons

      A lot of pressure from top management to keep growing drives to lot of "quick and dirty" approaches which in the mid-long term causes some issues to the whole organization. Sometimes you fell a disconnection between the values that are preached and the reality you feel from top management

      - Best place to understand the e-commerce market in Italy and Spain - Company culture - Freedom in managing your work - Being a product manager give you the possibility to understand a lot.It is a very complete position ( Analysis, Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising) - Friday ends at 3.30 pm. - You can develop an high multi-tasking attitude

      Cons

      - Very fast paced - The processes could be leaner - The corporate strategy not well defined - Not so big the attention to details -
