      Mission driven organization where everyone is passionate about what they do. No upper management egos. Everyone is very intelligent and is driven to support patients. Lot of exciting growth is happening, with a very positive future ahead.

      Not really a con, but the company is seeing explosive growth, which can always lead to growing pains and inefficient workflows. Everyone is focused on making our processes more efficient as we scale. Will just take time
