Completely changed in the last few years
Pros
The break area has great facilities even though hardly anyone uses it due to constantly working. The spirit within the team especially at lower levels to carry on working hard is great. Level of training is very high and you gain a lot of knowledge in a short space of time.
Cons
Communication is none existant. Upper management have been told numerous times about this and it just got worse as time went on. The atmosphere in the company has gotten very toxic especially from what it used to be. The pay (Improved from a few years ago) but even now the average from competing companies is around 10k more on the base salary. This makes the company a stepping stone into the industry and then for people to leave after some experience for the same job but better paid elsewhere.
