Good pay and opportunity for personal development through training. Great central London location, plenty of nice places to eat out and within easy reach of theatres and shopping. Company events such as outdoor activities, Halloween party, Xmas party. Sociable office, always eating round the lunch table together or out for lunch somewhere. As part of AVG, now has access to great business, marketing & tech strategy/resources. Lots of promotion from within. Great products and passionate teams. Some very talented individuals. Good company-wide communication and fairly flat structure. Good two-way communication and inclusion with Support team in Belgrade.
Cons
When some key members left, they were replaced in half-measure and this put unfair pressure on remaining team members and undermined results. One or two members in the company on the tech side can be difficult to work with and no visible effort is made to address this or even to admonish bad behaviour publicly. As the company has grown it lost some of the close-knit feeling it had. Some efforts have been made to help integration and make it feel more sociable but there is more to do here.
