Super strong company culture, not a fraudulent "we are family." I genuinely enjoy engaging with my coworkers. The C levels actually take feed back from employees and lower management.

There really hasn't been any cons. It's actually an enjoyable company to work at.
Intelligent, compassionate, hard-working coworkers. Competent, collaborative, no a--holes. Good culture, Good perks. Trustworthy, transparent higher-ups
