Management exhibits high level of stress constantly. Culture was oppressive and toxic, which was reflected by its high turnover rate. Avoid this one if you ever had a second option. Hong Kong office may differ, though.

Cons

Might get some local business owner connections if you are in the sales role. A lesson of failure in leadership/management.

everything's wrong, the colleagues would pretend they're nice but they're not... and they do not care about you workload while it is really overwhelming they all have their own standards, then they will keep telling you you're doing wrong
