Pros

They're nice until you're working for them.

Cons

Totally inaccurate wage representation and conflicting views from managers. Plus your phone goes off at all hours, so you're always at work.

We go to great lengths to explain the requirements of the job before an employee starts as well as the compensation plan. For some people, the responsibility of being out on your own managing your own time is too much to handle. Although emails are sometimes sent after hours, employees are not expected to answer emails until the next business day. We wish you the best Brandon.

Pros

Sometimes you get to take pictures of nice cars

Cons

First off, there is no base rate. They advertise that they pay $17 an hour, but that base rate goes away after 3 months and from then on you are solely working off of commission. You’ll earn about 5-7 dollars per car that you shoot, however there’s a big risk considering that not all dealerships have enough work to provide a steady check. Some days you may have 20, others you may have 3, depending on your dealerships. If there isn’t enough work for you, they’ll send you home, and there goes a day wasted. You’ll often be spending more on gas going to different dealers than you will be earning money for the day. Photographers only earn a small percentage of the money the company actually makes off of each photograph sequence, they only care about turning a profit. The company isn’t transparent with its employees, don’t risk it, there’s a reason there’s such a high turnover rate. If you ask about it, they’ll tell you that these people that left weren’t working hard enough and there’s a lot of money to be made, it’s a trap. Don’t risk it, you’re expendable to them.

Pros

- A thorough paid training process with multiple managers. - All equipment needed is provided and maintained by the company. - Not in the same place all day every day. This makes the day feel shorter and you feel very productive. - Your paycheck reflects how hard you worked each pay period, the more productive and efficient you are, the more you get paid. - You're not just a number, the company will get you any help needed to make you successful in your position. - Managers care for the employees and are always available for advice or help with any issues that arise .

Cons

- You can't be lazy or slow moving
