Absolutely nothing great about this company

Cons

They don't care about their employees. This company bought the properties my co-workers worked at in Northern California and let's say we did not stay. None of us wouldn't work for this company after seeing all the shady things they have done.

Terrible company management is non existent and doesn’t care about your concerns tenants are living in infested units with rodents and roaches they are aware of the issue but do not care about their living conditions all they’re concerned about is receiving rent $$
