Cons
ZERO structure: Every department is unorganized, understaffed and overworked. Everyone does the job of 5 people with no hope of being compensated for it. This company could be soaring above where it is today if it could just eliminate the major bottleneck at the top. It is stuck in the stone age. They are decades behind most companies of this size.

Nice schedule no weekends ,employee recognition iso certified continuous improvement.
Cons
Outdated management old practices, only 3 paid holidays only one week per year vacation and one week sick time poor basic benefits.
