Pros
The people that I worked with were kind, helpful, and very informative. I feel that they were really looking for the best fit not only for the employer, but for me as well. They negotiated my opportunity to a perfect resolution.
Cons
I realize that this might seem like I'm trying to give a view that is all sunshine and rainbows, but I really don't have any cons. I feel I was handled by the best people from Pro-Tech.

Pros
They know their clients very well and have good relationships with them. They were able to tell me what to expect from the interview process and helped me succeed in obtaining a great starting salary with benefits.
Cons
I wish the process would have moved a little more quickly but that was not the fault of Pro-Tech. The hiring company had to go through their processes and that took a while. Overall no cons.
