      Excellent concept and technology perfect for the correct vertical markets.

      Cons

      Company culture is non-existent. Technology is useful but the concept almost out-dated in today's ever-changing world.

      No benefits offered to employee, salaries and commissions are low, absentee owner that doesn't listen to employees ideas or opinions.
