- Pizza nights (with not even enough pizza slices for everyone) - Parties (where every employee has to bring food for himself/herself)

Cons

- Toxic and rude management culture which results in a high turnover rate - Unprofessional environment with managers behaving like schoolyard bullies - Micromanagement at its finest - Poor onboarding - Work/life balance that's a distant memory - Minimal support for employees' growth - Cheap company which gives poverty vibes

-Decent office space. -Some good colleagues.

Cons

-Hired fully remote and was almost immediately told to regularly report to an office over an hour away. -Know-it-all micromanager leading the team. -A few team members who actively worked against one another to earn favor. -Unprofessional senior leaders and cross-departmental bickering. -Ridiculous daily standup reporting…in a marketing department. Cared more about items on a to-do list than actual production. -Task-oriented department with zero longterm, strategic planning. -Onboarding non-existent. -Will give lofty titles in lieu of compensation. Title does not accurately reflect what you will be doing day to day.
