Leadership team leads by example and there is always hands on support to help with questions. I have experienced some of the best teamwork of my career working for ProHealth. The company does a lot to support staff with equipment, cars, and also offers fun corporate events, Pay is competitive and fair and employee input is recognized and rewarded by Management..
Cons
Not necessarily a Con! This is a mobile company so office staff and field staff do not see each other face to face to often. Lots of customer/patient communication is required. Customer service skills are #1 in this role and the company will not accept anything less.
