Paid every two weeks, but you get your check on the third week on a Tuesday. Have to travel to customers sometimes, no compensation i.e. mileage/gas unless its a company rental . Get told a lot of lies and promises. Small company, about five employees. Sometimes your paycheck will be short money/hours. Micro-management exist a lot. No benefits..i.e. medical/dental/401K etc. Get talk down too, no recognition. Not a good boss to work for. I learned a lot, but I left for all those reasons mentioned in here.

Do you want to have no work life Balance? Do you want to have no Benefits? Do you want to be Micromanaged at every turn? Do you want to be monitored every time you go to the bath room? Do you want to travel no client sites without any expenses covered? Do you want to be monitored while you take lunch and bothered during it? Do you want your status change from hourly to salary or vice versa? Do you want to have your after-work plans destroyed because a meeting just happens to pop up ten minutes before you left for the day? Do you want projects to be placed on you that needed to be done yesterday? Do you want to have your emergency contact called because you’re a few minutes late? Do you want to get text and emails after hours and during weekends? Do you want to use your personal phone for company purposes? Do you want the expectation of coming to work early but leaving late?
