The client I'm under ProSource BPO shows continuous and adapting development for the benefit of the employee and the business it's self. In the recent years, GTreasury and ProSource BPO added benefits for employees regarding remote work and leave benefits. Recently, the company adapted to a shift left approach which greatly benefited the company as well as the development/engineering team. alongside that we have been ongoing agile retraining which had a huge impact on work confidence. There is a push in an individual's career progression
Cons
Due to economic changes, HMOs have decreased benefits. Promotion is not guaranteed, a 3% annual increase is more likely to happen. The year-end incentives are reduced. There is no quarterly bonus / annual bonus. There is no team-building activities anymore.
