Very poor recruiting company

None, the company just throws resumes at client companies.

Cons

This company contracts with small Indian recruiting companies to perform their initial candidate contacts the recruiters don't speak English and basically throw resumes to client companies. They are unprofessional and there is no follow up, it's just a very sloppy operation.

You get to go home at 5pm.

Cons

No room for growth or promotion as all report to president. He could care less what you think as he is more concerned about where the CEO is in the building and what the CEO thinks of him.

The ability to determine your own future. Management consistently follows through with their stated intentions.

Cons

There is a bit of employee "unrest" that has been allowed to continue. It is a very competitive environment to the point of employees turning on one another.
