This is an important distinction, as WFH is often presented as leverage against providing employees with raises despite there being no brick-and-mortar workplace.) -Connections with Educators and Students

Cons

-Lack of a Human Resources Department. -Poor overall company culture due to leadership. -Frequent, negative public financial discussions in team meetings. -Limited PTO Policy (1 accrued PTO day per month and no sick time, though several paid company holidays). -Continuous, long and unnecessary meetings ("this could have been an email"). -Extremely limited career growth potential due to company size. -Lack of career development opportunities provided by the company, only those you seek out yourself. -Expectation of after-hours availability (dependent upon position and sales goal status).
